✨ Additions:
- Added `stage: 0` Pale Oak Sapling
- Added `distance: 1-7` and `persistent: false` Pale Oak Leaves
- Added `hinge: right` Pale Oak Door texture
🛠️ Fixes, Changes and Adjustments:
- Decaying leaves now use the same color palette as Leaf Litter
- Lightning Rod `powered: true` texture has been adjusted to better match the color of Lightning
- Fixed Beehive and Bee Nest missing texture
- Scaffolding `distance: 4-6` textures have been changed
- Various small item and block model, texture and culling fixes
- Upped pack format 16-200 for future releases
- Sugar Cane `age: 0-15` has been temporarily removed, but might be re-added later with a new look
