The main reason I made this texture pack, is because I was unsatisfied with how the diamond looks in Minecraft. The color seems off, and it's sort of boring to look at, so I changed it somewhat.
As time went on, I added more and more features, until I decided that other people might also be interested in my content.
Hope you enjoy.
It is recommended to also use Optifine, because many of my newer features require that to work.
Here is a short overview of the things I improved:
- all swords and tools
- most armor items and models and some horse armor
- various blocks such as: sandstone, red sandstone, endstone, obsidian, purpur, beacon, etc.
- various items such as: diamond, emerald, lapis lazuli, soups and stews, salmon etc.
- ores and some of its related blocks
- reworked colormap because I was unhappy with the grass, foliage and water color in certain biomes
- custom sun, moon, sky and light colors
- paintings
- villagers, illagers, pillagers etc. are now apemen
- random mobs
- biome dependent chickens, creepers, zombies and skeletons
- randomized vegetation (flowers, grass, etc.)
- corals
- redstone
- darkened GUI
- noteblocks display the musical note in their own color as well as its number in Minecraft (0 - 24)
- individual textures for enchanted books
- individual textures for longer lasting and stronger potions
- individual textures for tools with low durability
….. details are in the update log
I plan on adding new textures after every major update, Mojang releases.
Credit goes to:
- Jasper Boerstra - A lot of my textures are somewhat or even almost completely based on his work. (Mojangs pixel artist)
- Misa - inspiration for a bunch of textures and tool decay (Misa's Realistic Texture Pack)
- Trrigg - inspiration for randomized flowers
- DraminOver - inspiration for biome dependent mobs (Creature Variety for 1.12 - Random Mobs)
- PixalThePixeled - inspiration for better potions (Understandable Potions)
- ZoleDole - inspiration for enchanted books (E.B.T. Enchanted Book Textures -ZD-)

However, I'm very sorry, but I will not make any kind of special version of my pack.
Not only would I have to continuously update like half a dozen versions for every request at this point, but Planetminecraft also discourages it.
If you don't like the sky, just open the texture pack folder and go to:
assets > minecraft > optifine
and delete the "sky" folder.
Or much easier: just disable it in the Optifine options menu.
I changed them into apemen.
But they might look strange at first sight, I guess.
Yeah, armor is tricky.
