Classic Sugarcane Restored!

This is a very small edit to a feature I'm sure most people didn't even know was changed. Before 1.8 sugar cane (originally reeds) used to be much lighter texture and didn't have biome variant colors like grass. I've always liked this look but I'm sure there are more people out there who far prefer the current one, making this a pretty niche pack. If you are looking for a trip down memory lane, then this is sure to suffice! It's small but makes a big difference!

Note: If the sugar cane doesn't change the first time, then try removing all current packs selected and then re applying them.
