Imo this would actually make hardcore worlds so much easier to spot the warden since he doesn't blend in as much but still really funny

actually in fnaf when they are coming to attack you their eyes are full black with white pupils and aslo the hat is too long

Again this is meant to be funny, this is a parody on the character as evident by the pack being named Feddy. This is not, will not, and will never be accurate to either the warden or the original character.

the model is unchanged as optifine which allows for entity models to be altered has not gotten a 1.19 release and I don't know if I'll add sound effects from fnaf, the default warden sounds still fit really well regardless.
