(This shield is for Java, but I will be looking into how to make it for bedrock, as well. ^^)
I recently make a shield skin that you guys can easily download, but I understand that sometimes it can be a pain to load it into your game. So, I made a resource pack to make it easier for everyone to install the shield in your game.
All you have to do is download the pack and place it into your resource pack file and wha la~
Keep in mind, this is only for the shield itself without banner. So if you put a banner on the shield, then it will most likely go back to looking like mc's vanilla shield.
Please comment below if you run into an issue or glitch with the shield, though you shouldn't run into any troubles.

I am glad that you enjoy my shield, but I'm going to decline your offer.
I'll be honest, I'm not comfortable with the idea. I spent a couple hours making the shield and spent roughly two days researching and learning how to make it into a resource pack, so that I and other people can use in their game. I'm sorry. Even if you were to give me the credit for the original piece, it just doesn't feel right to me. Might I suggest making your own, though? More people would like a shield design originally done by you, rather than a modified one, I'm sure. :)
And I'm going to correct you on the last bit. But I speak exactly what I type, wha la. It's just one of the things I have been saying since I was a teen. ^^
