This is my Custom Model Data pack Currently I have 3 swords added a cutlass, a sculk sword that is animated, and a katana.
Custom Model data give cmds:

Cutlass /give @p minecraft:netherite-sword[custom_model_data=202]
Sculk Sword /give @p minecraft:netherite_sword[custom_model_data=203]
