Added glow effect, blue critical hit(imitating ice effect), light blue sweeping edge

Rename using anvil into : Leviathan

I also wanted to know if you do these textures on blockbench because I wanted to start and I love your textures but I don't know how to do these kind of thing and a already well done model would really help me
