Change diamond and netherite sword into Tanjiro new katana

Rename the weapon with anvil into 'Mizu Nichirin'

Added water flowing animation along the blade, added glow effect, added water splash particle, water dragon sweeping edge (not that pretty, but I tried my best haha)

I added a blue sweeping edge folder for you guys to change it, in case you guys didn't like the water dragon, I provided the instruction on how to change it in readme.txt, just follow the instruction and you can change it

Request by Alex_Evergreen, but unfortunately I don't know how to set different weapon with different sweeping edge. So I will upload another one with Hinokami effect in the future.
