in your downloads if you have a pc
put the lego world.zip file into the texture pack folder (the place where you put you textures)
or you can put the lego world folder in you texture pack folder
if you need to downloadit from the internet than do this:
1. click the button: Dowload Texture Pack
2. under the pictures to download
3. And then look in your downloads folder to find the texture
