The inspiration behind this texture pack is quite obvious: Lord of the Rings. I have always had an obsession with the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and my experience while playing Minecraft was lacking. I searched the web high and low but could not find a single LOTR texture pack for Minecraft, whereas texture packs for the Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, and Mario, reign supreme. This would not do, so with my goal in sight I did some research on the subject in the hopes of creating a Minecraft texture pack themed for the Lord of the Rings book and movie trilogies. I hope you enjoy my work and look forward to more updates and fixes to come. Thank you.

Has anybody thought of giving iron golems an ent texture? they both fight the same way, and they would fight the zombies/orcs in an awesome way... *O*

He is updating it right now. The newest update will release with 1.5 -- I have the Developer Build for the pack, and it's lookin' pretty snazzy if you ask me. Just be patient, people.

I respect how much effort you put into making this texture pack but I think that the painting look kind of stupid because they are picture of scenes from the movie i think they would look better if you made them into wanted posters similar to the ones in the movies (i think they where product placement but what can i do) that would make the entire texture pack fit together

If you find me an example of what you are talking about I can try to implement it into the texturepack :) Also, I don't know how product placement plays into this, seeing as to how it's all themed for Lord of the Rings...
