Hi! Very nice pack!

I have some suggestions, though.
Color variations, like different colors for the car
Vehicle registration plates on the back (it looks too empty there).

Also, I don't think we need roads instead of rails.
I know how much it will take, and most of the people who would use this (like myself) use plugins for the minecart to work without rails. Also, it will take a long time to make the textures.
I would prioritize the emmisive lights because they appear to be the most important and cool.

The custom models will need Optifine. Without Optifine, the front/back models of the car will not show up.
