its a server themed around baking so it would be very poggers (i would credit of course)
ie for the paper, place your paper in the anvil, rename it following the catalogue for paper :

Lunar is a client that launch Minecraft Java edition so you have the java edition of the game not a lunar edition (who doesn't exist). But maybe the client launch the game with something different than Optifine. But i just test the install and see that you can choose between optifine or sodium so you could check what you have done because it choose sodium by default ^^
