Does the Iron Bar and Glass Pane texture affect the server side, like if i play on a server, like will i just go trough the iron and glass pane in other player in 1.8.9?

No the Pack just changes the Texture for you. You cannot change the hitbox. You will walk against a wall like it's the old model
