Polar Bears can now change texture depending on the biome the spawn!
At the moment they can't change texture with name tags, but that may be change in the future!
It also changes the spawn egg name to "Bear Spawn Egg".
How to use:
1. Unzip.
2. Place in resourcepack folder.
3. Reload texture for it to work!
