Potion Icons is a utility resource pack that tweaks the shape of potion bottles to match the status effect symbol, for the sake of helping identify each potion and what it does by merely glancing at it, without modifying the vanilla feel or color.
Do note that this pack requires Optifine - and make sure that custom items are on - as its CIT features are what make it possible for each potion to have individual textures. Due to some compatibility issues, using Optifine as a mod with Forge will break the features of this pack.
Potion Icons: Java is not to be confused with Potion Icons: Bedrock, the Bedrock Edition equivalent for this resource pack.

- Icons Potions by LaBoulangerie, rather than changing the shape of the bottle, creates an icon inside the potion bottle.
- Potion Particles by Danyaa gives each potion a unique animated particle effect on the item's texture.

Update 1.3.0, Tipped Arrows : by stiw91 12/09/2020 5:45:49 pmDec 9th, 2020
Aye, it's my first texture pack's birthday (on Bedrock at least), so I thought I would stop procrastinating and finally add tipped arrows.
New Additions
Changed Textures
New Additions
- Tipped arrows are now part of the pack, and each effect has a unique shape so you can tell them apart.
- The enhanced and extended variations of tipped arrows now have a way to visually tell them apart, based on the ingredient to make them (ie. Glowstone/yellow = strong and Redstone/red = long)
Changed Textures
- The cork color scheme for the extended type potion has been changed from gray to red, to represent Redstone rather than iron (the enhanced ones haven't had their texture changed, but they now represent Glowstone, rather than gold).
