Continuity does count as a fabric alternative, it might work

Plus: you should make different arrows using different quivers so that players won't be confused

I think you should make it turn into a quiver at stack size of 16 and above so as soon as you shoot an arrow it doesn't turn into 63 arrows

that was my first interpretation but i thought it would make more sense if it turned into a quiver at 64, tho i might do something similar to what you suggested sooner or later

Okay so, this texture pack changes the arrows when stacked to the quiver texture, you'll need optifine for this to work!

Seems like the spectral quiver looks inconsistent, the top texture should be yellow and not white.
