A small pack to replace redstone dust with gears. Similar to what was almost implemented in minecrafts indev phase.

Before redstone was even a concept, there were gears. Able to be placed on walls, and spinning when two or more were placed adjacent to one another.

Changed the redstone block to be an engine block. Currently uses textures from the reindev project. If needed, will remove and create my own.



Also, would still like to make all gears rotate the appropriate alternating directions, but for now when on the sides of a block the gears will change direction, but in a line they are all still the same.

Could you add ON / OFF feature? please? Like when i put redstone source (red. torch, red. block etc.) next to the redstone wire the Cogs will start spinning... :)

Just tried it out. I got them to spin or not spin, but they werent showing up on the sides of blocks. I know Im on the right track with these blockstates, but for now im scrapping it because im getting confused. Ill probably come back to this later tho
