Reverts the redstone torch back to their pre-1.21.2 models and textures, because the "improvement" is a downgrade. Also reverts repeaters and comparators.

For 1.21.2; the listed game version will be updated when PMC allows it.

to be honest the new model is ok, but i dont like the red flame colour. I wish they would revert that color to how it was before
