This is a very basic (x16) pack, as it is my first attempt to texture.

Once im done with this pack, and im completely happy with
how everything looks I'll consider making a new one
with a higher resolution if there is any desire for that.

All items are made from scratch and subject to change!






If you do like it please let me know,
It will make me want to finish it and speed up the progress alot!







The vanilla textures are simply placeholders.

Changed alot of blocks, added some of the new 1.8 stone blocks and a few new items. Also updated screenshots.

The textures are decent but by "hand drawn" do you mean that you didn't use filters or do you mean that you actually drew these IRL and scanned them?

Ah yea guess that is a bit confusing, but it just means im using no filters. Im drawing and shading pixel by pixel - Which is why some textures look wierd here and there. I'm planning on touching up on things once i get a bit further in with progress and i learn more about shading. ^^

Edit: To be fair tho, i have used the "colorize" tool to change the colors of the Wools and Dyes so I guess its debatable if its 100%, but i've not traced of off anything or based my pack on somone elses, its entierly my own take on blocks and items ^^

I don't think a hue change really matters. I can't say that my pack was done pixel by pixel!

Pretty good mate, but tone down the noise on the grass a bit, it ill blend a lot better if you do :)

Thanks. Yeah, i've been trying to get a decent grass going. This was just my first attempt at grass. I'll start going back over the older blocks as i learn how to shade and blend better. ^^
