I know you are new to this and all, but you could have at least tried a bit harder. Almost everyone who is new to texture packs makes bucket fill packs, and its getting a bit old. and the excuse that its "cartoony" is getting a bit old too. You are wealcome to make these packs all you want, but you will never make a GOOD pack, until you jump into the deep end, and try your hand and pixel by pixel. It makes me a bit sad to see people who dont even try. If you want, send me a message and I will show you a few tricks.
