I remade my old resource pack. What's new in the updated version of "Sprite Arrows"? Now it compatible with any resource pack
If another resource pack changes the texture of the arrow item, the arrow entity will also change the texture

I'm certain, if you check the Optifine CEM documentation you'll see that arrows are not supported as of today! This bothered a lot of people for a very long time!
Alternatively someone could upscale the texture of the arrow item and rotate the sprite 45 degrees so that it is in the right direction... but that wouldn't resolve the fact that the arrows in this pack are 2D and the ones in the alternative are not
