stone and stone stuff to a smaller normal sword

wooden tools to smaller normal tools

eye of ender to eye of kilrogg

bow to a wand

arrows to fire balls

a corrupted book in the bookshelf

zombie to orc

skeleton to mage

creeper to walking bomb ( from gnomeregan )

enderman to twilightman

paintings to wow paintings

enchanted book to gem

and some other stuff



I also have made diamond sword to Warglaive of Azzinot,gold sword to Fangs of the Father and iron sword to Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker.
