StarkCraft Resourcepack is a resourcepack that changes Minecraft's semi-medival look to a more modern one.
It goes great for creating modern architecture or plain citybuilding. But it's also great for just casual building aswell. Did I mention it's cusomized for building? But it works for survival aswell, but it has it's limitations.
This pack also changes the American and the Swedish languages in Minecraft, and has a bunch of new sounds. The pack also has a few 3D blocks, and more are coming..
The pack comes in three versions, the standard one, a "compact version" and a "simple version". The standard pack is just normal, you drop the .zip file in the resourcepack folder and it works. But the Compact version is the same, but inside the .zip is a copy of the resourcepack in a folder, which you drop in the resourcepack folder for it to work. The Simple version is also the same as the standard version, exept that it doesn't contain any sounds, 3d JSONs etc, just textures and texts. The simple version is 28 times smaller than the standard one, so that's why I have it. I might do a Simple version of the Compact version, but I don't know if anyone will use it..

What I mean by this is that I haven't really done anything new, I have just simply fixed a lot of broken textures and bugs. But I did add a few 1.9 blocks :D
+Added End rod
+Added Grass path
+Added End stonebricks
+Added 1.9 model for Iron bars
*Heavily tweaked all Sandstone blocks
*Tweaked Neatherbrick
*Tweaked Brick block
*Fixed broken Slime block texture
*Revamped almost the whole icons.png file, and a little on the widgets.png file. Examples are: new crosshair, new health and hunger bars, and fixed the too white menu buttons.

Also, is it me or do some blocks look kinda simple? (I think the clay and dirt blocks with colored tops)
But yeah you are absolutly right bout that, I want to keep it semi-simple yet realistic. With this low resolution it looks kinda plain I have to admit. That's why I'm working on an HD pack ;)
