FarOut 0.0.04 is out with some new buildings and improved old ones. We have also grown Hilltorp a bit and are working on a Highway to connect the two cities. 
We have updated the hosting IP to starkcraft.josu.se
Tobbe has also added a Application form found here
He is currently working on a official FarOut website.

That depends how you count finishing. Our main objective is to expand the cities, so finishing will take a long time. But we will be uploading downloads from time to time
