I think PMC needs skin packs. It will be a great feature for multiple different skins. Now I know you are probably thinking "Why does PMC need skin packs when it has collections.". Well that is the thing, collections are for multiple skins as well. But skin packs would be different. Here is a list.
When uploading a new skin you get a option to upload it to (Example) "Gorillaz" skin pack. reference pics below
