When I try to add a tag to a new banner without any current tags, the site tells me I already have the maximum of 10 tags allowed and rejects it. The tag counter seems stuck at 10 (or stuck at zero tags remaining depending on how it's coded).

I'm using Chrome on Mac but I think this is affecting everyone because none of the new banners being posted have any tags.
