I think that all users should have access to Azie's tutorial blog for changing chat heads. I think this would be useful and important because often times when I am on chat, many new users ask how to change their chat head, and I personally think it could be a very helpful addition to the chat if there is a link to Azie's blog near the rules book or somewhere near there (somewhere easy to find).
