When trading CFTs, cards in a pending trade should be greyed out or have a warning

Frequently I accidentally trade a card which is in another pending trade and invalidate the old trade. In many cases, I don’t notice because the pending number stays the same. This is really annoying, so I think that there should be a warning when trying to trade a card that you’re already trading in another trade.

I wholeheartedly agree with this.

There's nothing more annoying than having 10+ trades going and having them all invalidated.

Being able to have a warning before putting a card in the trade deck would be greatly appreciated.
