We should be able to hide wall posts with certain words or phrases from on the wall posts page and in our feeds. This is so we don't have to look at topics we don't want to see. This could either be in our account settings or the custom feed settings at the top of our feeds and the wall posts page. I would like the ability to choose any words or phrases, so it should be a text box.

EDIT: This should apply to submissions and forums, too. It should hide all submissions/forums with the selected words in the title.
