Private skins
I probably won't use this, yet some may for requests.
It'd be nice if you could upload a skin without giving a download option, because when people request skins they sometimes don't want them to be uploaded publicly, so they're one of a kind.
Yet if you do that, you don't get any credit for it.
I'm not sure if this would be controversial, yet I think it could be quite useful.
