Return the command /roll to PMC Chat

/roll was a quaint little feature in Pre-chat 3.0 which functioned kinda like D&D dice. This is more on the nostalgia and asthetics part for chat. Would be fun to have it back.

Add the ability to set pronouns somewhere in settings (so it will appear in profile statistics)
