A problem (how do i solve this?)

I've made a few good texture packs recently for the newest format of texture packing and no matter what i do flowing water, lava, fire, and a few more items are "missing" so i thought i just forgot them somehow. I look into my folders and they are there they are not missing. If anyone can help then please because its bugging me and stopping me from being able to complete the packs!

did you change the water or lava, because you cant unless you do some crazy thing.

I figured it out :D see the texture art was there but i looked into it more and found out some how i was missing my Word files for flowing lava, water, clocks, and compass was missing. with out those the texures were "missing"

With MC Patcher you can convert your texture pack to the last version.
I don't know if this can solve the problem

for me when that happens I reset my home minecraft but keep your servers in text to pack and stuff so slow him
