Idk if I've ever posted about this before but I was just looking through my pms and I noticed an old message from like January 2018 that I had partially forgotten about from MC_Official_Magazine . And to this day I don't know for certain if he was a scammer or what.

He asked for permission to put my skin in the minecraft Official magazine 5th edition, which he said was end themed. I had doubted this at first because frankly the skin was garbage. I did reply though, that he could definitely use my skin as long as I didn't have to give any personal info but I responded a little bit late, and to this day I still don't have a response.

I began to think that maybe I responded too late (even though it was barely like 2 weeks), or that maybe he was a scammer all along and that he had abandoned it once I wasn't so much of a dumb little kid that I would actually give him my info, or maybe, I thought, he had just decided against it, but I think now I know the real reason.

(just today) I looked him up (I won't include his name just to be super duper careful) and I found a page as a freelance writer with his name on linkedin as well as a facebook page, which was weird.

I also looked online and found that they actually had made a minecraft magazine and in a cartoon they had on the site there was something very simmilar looking to to his avatar, however they only made 3 editions and the issue he asked me about was the 5th, so although I couldn't find when or why or even if it was cancelled, I am inclined to believe that it was.

I know this sounds made up, (especially considering that the skin was terrible) and to this day I still don't know why he asked me.
