So a little over a week or two ago I mention that I have been having a minor issue with my hard drive. Basically it is starting to fail me, and it started out just having issues with one of my partitioned drives where I keep all my drawings. I was able to move all of it over to my good hard drive (though I did lose a few drawings in the process T_T; nothing terrible I guess since a friend was able to give me copies of his I sent him-- not all of them are completed but it's better then nothing)

Anyway last night I go to open MCskin3D and I get a peculiar error. I send the error report to paril, and he tells me that it had something to do with one of my skins. Sure enough I look around and one of my new skins that had not been uploaded yet became corrupted and unusable. the hard drive is partitioned into three parts: one was my drawings, while another was for my games. MCskin3D was located by Minecraft's .exe file. So I've been spending most of today just trying to frantically and hopefully moving everything over to the new drive. I had to unload steam as it was giving me problems as well. (oh yeah I have a steam account btw!)

I still need to straighten out the files and find out what all has been damaged and what has really been saved, but hopefully I didn't lose too much in the end, but it will mean that it'll be a few more days if not a week (or maybe more if it's bad enough of a problem!) before I can upload another skin.

Now as a result of all this, it could possibly also force me to upload a comic to The Otaku if nothing else to keep me from losing it again, so you may see the more artistic side of me! yay? maybe? I dunno. I'll have to start working on it more if that's the case though.
