Hello everyone, we're back after not posting a devblog for a while, but as you'll see we've had a busy few months working away on this project.
Please note that what you see is considered work-in-progress and many things you see here will be subject to future changes!
We'll start off with some pictures of all the new stuff built in the city. We're able to show much more then before as we have a pretty good amount built, but keep in mind that some areas are less complete then others and lack in some details. We'll have it all detailed soon enough though!
A wonderful panoramic view of the city so far with the Temple of Jupiter shining in the heart of the city.

The theater, where many plays will be carried out by players.

The interior of the Odeon, where wonderful concerts can be held.

The interior of the main Basilica in the Capuan Forum, a hub for commerce and politics.

The Temple of Mercury next to the basilica on the forum.

The Curia Albana, the seat of power in Capua in the heart of the forum, where the Roman government convenes for important matters.

The outside of the main basilica on the forum.

The Forum of Juno, where the Temple of Juno sits along the statues of the four Roman virtues personified.

Another scenic view above the Forum of Juno.

Looking from the grounds of the Bacchian Markets, looking at the Temple of Bacchus.

Wonderful night time shot.

And now the best for last, just some more wide angle shots of the city so far.

We look forward to letting everyone explore the city itself soon from the ground, which gives a whole new perspective on the city! Of course, it will also make for the absolute best immersion experience for ancient Roman roleplay on the server.
Besides building, we've done some work on our custom models too. A little while ago some of you might remember when we redid our Italo-Corinthian helmet model, as well as our spear model.

In addition to that, we've done a handful of other helmets not just for Romans but for enemy units as well, including Carthaginian, Iberian, Samnite, and Celtic.

They're all labeled, although you might have to zoom in to see them properly. There will be many, many more of these helmets to come. Players will have a near endless selection of helmets to choose from to wear into battle. As long as you have good coin to pay for it from the blacksmith, of course. Speaking of blacksmiths...

Our swords also got a much needed make-over, and some new additions! These designs are pretty much final as we're quite happy with them now.
That about wraps up this devblog, sorry about the long wait on this one! We've also been working on guides and other written information about the server over on the Romecraft website so be sure to give that a look too. You can find more of our content related to the Antiqua Italia server and get in contact with us on our website over at https://www.antiquaitalia.org/
See you all on Antiqua Italia in early July!

Also if possible, i'd suggest making a helmet for the Roman Velites.
