Well every server should have Essentials. Its a AMAZING plugins that gives you all the basic commands and permissions.
Next, mcMMO. Its and awesome RPG plugin that is really fun. U can level up a bunch of different skills like sword skill, mining, unarmed, and much much more.
Another must have is Factions. Its is a amazing plugin that lets you make a faction that players can join. With a faction you can claim territory and gain power, (the thing you use to claim land with) and over claim your rival factions base , if u have more power than them.
