**If you are a cracked Minecraft player, then this probably isn't the best blog for you to read.**
Before, just some basic information on what a cracked player is.
What is a cracked player?
A cracked player is someone who for whatever reason, doesn't want to pay for Minecraft.
What can they do?
They can do almost everything the people that payed for it can. Just, they can only join servers that allow them to.
Rant inbound.
A lot of people that know me, know that I hate people who crack a game and play that cracked game. It just drives me crazy. Especially when it comes to Minecraft, Minecraft is an awesome game, but there are trolls and little kids, just like in every game. The last thing I would want to deal with is a cracked player asking me to open my server up for the offline players. No!
I am not saying I hate or dislike cracked players, but they are not my favorite. I just think that if you are going to play a game you should buy it and give credit to the creators of the game. They worked hard to code it and make sure it runs the way it runs. Even though Mojang has had a lot of Minecraft sales, doesn't mean you should not buy it.
I've heard a 'rumor' from someone that Notch said: "If you can't get the game, you should get a cracked version." That doesn't make any since. What game creator would tell the public to go download a cracked version. Certainly not Mojang. If they did, no one would buy the game, because, who doesn't like free stuff? Even more on this same subject, the new 1.6 update. As you know, we had to download a new launcher. The purpose of it was so that the game could run better with its new features, but it also stopped the cracked users for a few days. This, I'm sure wasn't intended, but I'm sure was realized by someone that works for Mojang, and most likely, made them high-five each other. But, cracked users were up and running again, in a matter of a few days.
I know that in these times, the economy isn't the best (I'm referring to the American economy here, but other places have it too), and that people sometimes don't have the money to spend on games. Especially parents. Parents would rather spend what money they have on clothes and food. Left over money goes to games and other things. Also, some parents don't want kids spending loads of time on the computer. So, in return, kids get a cracked version.
Well, my rant is over. Sorry if any portion of this was unclear, confusing, or spelt wrong. I am sorry if this offended you in anyway, but, you should've read the bolded red part at the top.
