I was going to do something like what SoccerkidJT-7 did, but I was trying to record and had some problems. Since he already gave some creative ideas on what to do with the new update, im just going to extend one of them with further explanation.
Hanging Horse
Like SoccerkidJT-7 said, "Overused idea, but still very fun :D Just attach your horse to a lead and a high fencepost and let him fly!" you can do that but if you want it to be a pinata, you can get a donkey or a mule (dosn't work on horses), tame them, and put a chest on them. You can then fill the chest with goodies like apples, golden apples, diamonds, gold, iron, snow, cake, etc. . . so when you break the pinata, (which means killing the horse), all those things you put inside the chest will come out

Putting Items inside the pinata (you have to ride it and click e to access the chest)
Hitting the pinata
Destroyed the Pinata and the goodies came out
