Staff - Do you Really Need it??

So you want staff on your favorite server??? Well first you have to decide " would I be able to cope moderating or administrating this server?? "

Moderating and administrating isn't easy, it requires dedication and hard work. Here is a description of each:

Moderating: Moderating requires a user "watch" over a server, make sure everything is running smoothly, they have commands to kick, ban, broadcast, permban, tempban etc. but mods also have to help the normal users with their problems.

Administrating: Adminstrating a Server is HARD work. Admins watch the entire server and have almost every permission/commands. They do what a mod does except they watch over the mods and members and guest etc. Ranking up will take time and lots of hard work but of you follow these rules it may help :)

Will you not grief?: yes A poor attempt at Filling this application out.

Have you had any experience?: Yes op on like 5 server admin on three others and Moderator on 10
Anything else you would like to add?: Nope

IGN: Tramper54
Age: 16
why join this server?: Because If you dont ill grief you <---------------- This shows That he is a griefer and a liar
Will you not grief?: yes but depends if you accept .
what position are you after? Admin or Co-Owner
Any Pictures?: Nope sorry
Have you had any experience?: Not much really but it doesnt worry you will accept me
Anything else you would like to add?: Nope

why join this server?: Because i want to see what it takes to Become a staff Member and see what potential i have got.
Will you not grief?: I promise that i will not grief in any way shape or Form

Have you had any experience?: Yes i own my very own servers That i will Gladly give the ip through skype! :)

That ^ Is a good example of a good application. But that is a minor quick app. which woould need more time and effort :)

Rules
1. Be polite
2. NEVER ask for rank (Unless they have an Application you can fill out!)
3. Be active on the server
4. Don't grief or disobey the server rules
5. Help other people out
6. Don't use Foul Language
7. Never argue with server staff
8. Try not to have bans on ur account
9. Don't start or be involved in fights just leave them to be dealt with.
10. If you do get ranked up DON'T abuse your powers!!
