If you want people to think your cool on PMC, you have to learn a few things about how the PMC world works and what it takes to get good reviews and true fans

First- your rank

The higer your Xp and rank are the more people will want to look at your posts

1. To get higher Xp, make quility work and do the following things below

2. If your trying to get some fast heres some tips

i. Upload maps, servers, and mods and blogs for fast results

ii. Do not upload skins so outragoues that no one will like it, make something, but make it appeal to everyone. If you want a creeper, spice it up, make a fire creeper. Skins are not the bbest to get Xp anyways

iii. texture packs could go ethier way, one time it may be a success, and another may get no downloads, its all about the quality

Second-Appearance

1. I would not upload an unfinished project but if you have a plan them go for it!

2. If you forgot something theres this cool thing called edit witch allows you to add and edit things

3. Always have a cool picture.

i. If you have a map take a picture to make it look like its the best thing on earth

ii. If you have a skin or Texture Pack have a picture of what it looks like, show all the changed items and maybe a building or two showing how cool it will make your creations look!

iii. For mods choose the highlight of it

iiii. I recommend for servers having a picture of spawn and an awesome advertisement banner

iiiii. For blogs get something that will catch there eye, it should be kinda related, but blogs are not the same as map pictures

4. Never doubt yourself, if your unsure, never say it, make it look like what your doing

5. Don`t misspell things, it looks bad (you see how I miss spell, and then think about how people do not view me as much)

6. If someone is repeatly posting bad comment, i reccomend blocking them, but be open to new ideas, always look at there posts and if there is something wrong fix it, so it will appeal more to other people of PMC. After you have fixed the problems make sure they see it, then delete there comment, if it is no longer true that is.

7. Think of the reader, who are you gonna try to get to see this, an ordinary person, or someone whos specialized in what your doing. Choose words and ideas that appeal to the reader

8. For descriptions, keep it short and simple, so they don`t lose interest from reading giant desriptions for something very simple

Third- Love what you do, do it well

1. Put creativity into your projects,skins, or whatever you do! Instead of making a creeper make a lava creeper.

2. If you do the project just to get known, it won`t be good, do something you want to do, if you want to make a texture pack, then do it! I think this one is common sense, but hey, some people have odd thoughts right?

3. Take your time, whats the rush when making a map.

4. If you are really bad at making maps, but it is what you want to do, download other maps, look around and study how the pros do it, then maybe you can make one even better than what they have.

ALWAYS KEEP YOUR COMMON SENSE NEAR BY WHEN TRYING TO BE COOL ON PMC!
