STEP 1 Type: /scoreboard objectives add heart health ❤

STEP 2 Type: /scoreboard objectives setdisplay belowName heart
or to be sure /scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar heart

You can type the ♥ symbol by holding down [Alt], then pressing [3] on the number pad, then releasing [Alt]

this heart is to small, the heart up in the description is the right size for Minecraft

that's weird...
You can probably type the big heart too, by doing the alt +numberpad thing, but the number is probably a lot higher, maybe in the 10,000s
