Beforehand: Make sure you have optimized your PC to your extent of your PC and your knowledge.

First, set up the setting, use any lighting or props.
Second, once ready, press F1 to make the GUI disappear.
Third, record and then once done press F1 to make the GUI appear.
Four, profit.
