Happy 1000 views... Why such a big numbbur uf u wanna c ma blug?
In this article, I know many of you may disagree with my opinion. That's cool with me.
Also, take note I wrote this blog a while ago, so if your reading it in the future, my opinions may have altered... So ya... :P
But here it is!
Being a long lasted Minecraft player, since the FIRST (Second? Iunno...) 1.3, I have noticed a huge change in the game. Things like new features, new modes, bosses, worlds, themes, and even the community have all had huge changes in the past few years. Some of these things are great, and make me very happy, but I am not here to talk about those. (The list would be pretty big.) What I am concerned about are the bad changes, and the overly big changes.

Many new things such as blocks, and biomes have been added to the game. (My favorite being command blocks!) But when I say "many". I mean MANY new things. Believe it or not, Minecraft is, or once was an indie game. It started as just a small sandbox project. Then Survival Mode was added. This brought many new features to the game, and possibly changing it forever. Since then the game has become one of the most popular in the world. Mojang now develops the game, adding lots of things every few months in updates, and therefor, every few months, the game becomes more, and more complex. Also, with these updates comes things that aren't needed, or take away from what used to make the game so fun.

sometimes it drives me mad but I know most of these changes are for the better such as commands and command blocks

Have you seen how many times minecraft has been updated nowadays?
Like every month or two!
I loved Minecraft 1.4.7 And 1.3 However i have like 98% Stopped playing the game
CAUSE OF THE UPDATES!
I really am just wishing mojang brings MC back to what it should be. A survival game.
1.5.2 was a decent idderation of MC.
1.6.2 Sucked. it was too new
1.7 Has made me want to stop playing.
I really hope Mojang just put the "Survival" Back into MC.
