Hello Planet Minecraft, my name is CrayBone and after a long train of thought I decided to get on Minecraft and look at some inspiration on a gamemode. I got on to the hive to play some Hide-And-Go-Seek and I was bored out of my mind. When someone got close to me my adrenaline shot high up, then they walked away and I fell asleep. It is like this all the time. Even as the seeker you just walk around and hit blocks. Although it is funny to see the blocks run around and when a seeker gets killed by one. I thought of a game mode like Hide-And-Go-Seek but with a spin on it.

In Alcatraz holds the most dangerous prisoners in America. The people on the outside thought that all they do is lock the evil in a cell and practically torture them, but it was a lot more then just torture. When the new warden, Warden James Snobbypants came to the prison, the prisoner's were treated worse. No one got any privileges even if they were good. Well not entirely. The good got a free pass from the game. The game is a horrifying event for any who disrespect the warden or disobey the rules. All the prisoners are put into a building were they must hide for 30 minutes. If you are caught by the time runs out you are dead, if you are still out but more people are in jail than out, you die anyways.

Here is where it gets different.

How to play:

Officers: There will be 4 Officers. The officers job is just like in Hide-And-Go-Seek. You start off in a room (jail) the prisoners have 30seconds before you are let out to find them. Your objective is to beat up (not kill because that would mean they are dead) the prisoners you find, once they have 0 hearts left they will be teleported to a prison. The Officers must keep the prisoners from breaking out the prisoner in jail (will be explained in the prisoners part). Now to prevent puppy guarding there will be a safe zone around the jail cells so a prisoner can go past the red line (wool), but a officer can not. You cannot puppy guard (I knew you were thinking that). If a officer stands around in one area for so long he/she will be disqualified.

Prisoner: The prisoners objective is to have more people out of jail than in by hidding as long as they can. If caught they will be taken to a jail cell where they stay there for the remainder of the game unless another prisoner breaks them out. You can break a teammate out by going to the designated jail cell room and go across the red line, if you step on the pressure plate the people are let out of there cells and go into the safe zone (in front of the jail cells) when you are let out you are given Speed II and Invincible for 5 seconds so you can get away. Now if you are caught when trying to get someone else out you will be teleported into a jail as well.

The scoreboard is very basic and simple. The officers start out with six people and there are 19 prisoners (so there cannot be a tie). If there are more prisoners out of jail then the prisoners win, if there are more in the jail then the officers win. Simple as that.

This game mode is supposed to make it more active and more fun then just hiding. Please leave a comment if you have any questions. I will be happy to answer!
