Hello Minecraftians! Goody here,and I'm gonna show you how to make your own AMAZING skin! This post is about making human skins,so if you're looking for some inspiration for your human skin,then this post is for you! Let's get started! :)

1. Find some good skin editing sites
   

         I use novaskin.me for the basic skin,you know,planning how it looks,and I use Skindex editor for the shading because it is really easy to adjust how light or dark the color is.

        2. Pick your skin tone
        You will most likely base this one off of your own skin,but here is the base I use.

        3. Make your eyes
        Decide if you want the big four pixel eyes,or the 2 pixel steve eyes. The four pixel eyes are usually used in girl skins,but alot of boy skins use them,too. I use the steve eyes when I'm making characters from movies or tv shows,but that all depends on what the character looks like really. For example,I used the steve eyes on my Lara Croft skin since she is a realistic character. Once you decide the style,pick your color.

        4. Experiment with your clothes
        I usually look around on Google for awesome clothing ideas. When I find something I like,I base my clothes off it. I pick a color that I like. I usually add pockets along the front of the pants. Adding accessories is a great way to make a skin original. You can add suspenders or a flower in their hair or even a baseball cap. Think of things that you wear in real life for example. If you don't know how to make a certain item,then just google it. Odds are someone has made something similar to what you want,so just take that and make it your own! 

        5. Decide your hairstyle
       If you're a girl,there are alot of hairstyles to choose from. From wavy to straight or curly,there are alot of choices. If you're a dude,then you can choose from the side swept fringe to the original steve hair. There aren't as many styles as girl hair,but just play around with it and make it the way you like. The color could be anything you want it to be,it doesn't have to be a normal color. It could be rainbow! *warning: Rainbow hair is hard! XD I know that from personal experience.

       Don't worry about shading right now. Just make the base and I'll make another tutorial about shading!
