Minecraft 1.7 ?

Does anyone know when 1.7 will come out im so happy that they are going to make it because i heard that there are going to be new bio mes and new features like you can make everything upside down it sounds so cool and the maps can stick together but if anyone knows when there going to come please tell me dream out!
