Like the Pokémon combee, I'd like to have bees and other insects in minecraft. Creatures I want: bees, birds, fish, jellyfish, ducks, frogs etc.
There is also a brilliant mod compatible for newer versions of the game which adds more variants to existing creatures, advanced models, new mob behaviour and mechanics and some new creatures. It is called Animania, and it is developed by Purplicious_Cow and RazzleberryFox.
for example I would want more variation of mobs like black cows or white pigs.

Sea animals I want to add: jellyfish clownfish sharks salmon fish dolphins whales anglerfish better squids pufferfish crabs octopuses eels stonefish seasnails kraken swordfish manatees tuna seals oyster clam hermit crab mudskipper bomb fish piranha goldfish fighting fish sardines seaweed

I feel minecraft is too boring with just a few passive mobs
like this video from popularMMOS, these are really good features in my opinion
