I have no idea how to create mods and was wondering if anyone could give me some starting tips. Like maybe what kind of mod to start with and what programs i would need to do so. I've tried making a mobile before now and it went horribly never got it done and didn't make decent progress. So if u could give me some tips that would be helpful.
P.S. do the must have programs cost money?
