Well Here I am with another blog and wanted to share the people who are awesome. Most will be lvl20 or below because those are usually the unknown people. We have some wonderful skinners that never get noticed (and I rarely get to see them myself :( which is bad) so i wanted to shout out some that are awesome. They have good shading skills but when they post.... BOOM it is gone, flooded by "Ovr 9000!!!!" bulls*** skins. Here are some good, unnoticed people.

HatsyaSouji
And their skins here!

HatsyaSouji has excellent skins, being a low level not much fame is coming out of the excellent skins being made. Hatsya has a "Rough" Style type skin (Example of Rough) and works on skin series (I believe called Class of Heroes). Hatsya has 7 skins uploaded so far and can not take requests at this time. Do not shun this skinner for they are very good!

Freddy has a whopping 99 submission so far and I expect moving on to 100 very, very soon. Not being known by many, he is at his level for the amount of submission usually. He generally has a "Smooth" Style type skin (Example of Smooth) and can take a few requests (not to many!). This is an excellent skinner that is one of the unknowns in my opinion. He can be found in chat sometimes.

Rattle here is a newbie with 9 submission and at a low level. he is practicing on a very well made type of shading the 100% opposite of rough. It is unkown if he takes requests at the moment. he is very good and a reliable source for a new skin.

Socky_Block
And their skins!

Socky is a wonderful skinner working with different types of shading at the moments. Sometimes in the middle, or smooth, but not very good with the rough. (Rough is tough IMO). He currently has 4 subscribers at level 1 which is amazing IMO as well. He doesn't take many requests but will if you're a good friend. He has 4 skins but very good and is incognito in chat. He'll come, advertise and go, like his current skin Shadae.

Yuno

Yuno is an excellent skinner with amazing, detailed shading. She works with smooth type and unknown if they will take requests. She has 10 submissions (9 are the actual skins) and most skins being in her skin series (Mirai Nikki) Don't ignore this person for if you're looking for a good skin come over to this skinner and browse though her skins.

Bloodbow
Skin/Contest!

Bloodbow in an apprentice skinner who has made their first contest, already, with good competitors! He is good with a medium type of shade (I guess it's medium) I suggest looking at his 18 submissions! For they are very good. I'm not sure if he takes requests but I imagine he does.

Curiosty
And awesomeness

Curiosty is an amazing shading skinner who's dream is to become famous on PMC. He does have a good chance, for if you look at his amazing skins they are truly wonderful. He has held his first contest (Still ongoing) and I'm one of the judges.... AWESOME.... :P well he isn't the best and blocky skins he certainly is good and smooth shades!

Cyr
And company

Cyr is exactly like Socky_Block. A level 1 with for skins and has AMAZING SHADING SKILLZ. He has a great shading skill when it comes to smooth. And he has entered Bloodbow's food contest with an awesome COOKED FISH! I mean it's AWESOME xD. Well Don't ignore this awesomesauce because he has made wonderful things.

Mobuscus is brother to Cyr, and is just as awesome! He has also entered Bloodbow's contest with a freakin HOTDOG. WITH MUSTARD. OMG MUSTARD anyways. This awesomesaucicle has 2 skins and is pretty damn good at it! I suggest you check him out and his brother, for they are awesome!

A part time blogger and an awesome skinner is your source for the female skins. Her type of shading is "Radial" style (Example of Radial) and a contest host. I assume she loves Faries and animals for her contest is of those things! One of my favorite skins that she made is Ryuu, for it is awesome, it even has mini wings ^.^ Do not ignore this person for she is a good source for the female skins.

He does interviews with people as well, he did one of me too xD. Well I highly suggest you check him out because he is an apprentice, though pretty damn good!

A great skinner with very good eye for detail. He uses a smooth/radial type of shading , which in my opinion is the best, and takes requests! He has 80 subscribers which is amazing IMO, because I've never seen that many subs for someone under level 10 A level 10! He's A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Go check out his stuff, and stop reading this xD. GO!

DKFIRE is a great skinner with Radial/Smooth shading. He loves Ice, makin Ice Zombies, Slimes, etc. and is making/completed an icey parkour! Amazing! Now, one moar thing, GTFO go look at these people you numb skull! #FUUUU
