Hello everyone, il get straight to the point. People dont undestand how ,HARD,it is to be staff.

When i talk about this i will talk from us "Proffesional" Staff members,

Think about this:

We spend time from OUR lifes to help you with any problem and/or questions you have.
We have loads of players with problems/questions and such, We. Cant. Always. Prioritize. YOU!
Everyone deserves equal amount of help from us and you are not a super special person. It doesent matter if you donated or not or if you played since the server started you are equal to all players on the server!
When ive been staff on servers that have 50+ players there are ALWAYS someone saying in chat:

GuestExample: omg wtf this servers staff sucks they ignore me even when i shout out i need help in helpop,help channel, and even msg them.

Seriously you need to understand you are not the ONLY player on the server! There are tons of other people that have problems, There are like 4 staff members per 50 people? Ask yourself how are FOUR PEOPLE supposed to help 50 persons at the SAME time!? Its like when you were a kid you always wanted your parents attention all the time. You need to learn you arent some god who people throw themselves out of the way to help. We help everyone who needs it but you need to have PATIENCE.

Another example when people throw ramdom insults at you:

Rageguy77: Omg admin you suck go jump of a bridge you piece of *BEEP*

Now "Proffesional" Staff members have learnt not to let emotions EVER get in the way of work, Thats why they are Proffesional! Even if you throw an insult at, Me for an example, You wont get a reaction, I wont rage,I wont be angry,I wont be sad. Cause ive learned to keep my emotions outside my job. BUT just cause we have a pokerface and dont show emotions does`nt mean we dont have them. When someone says so i might just not care but i can also feel sad and dissapointed in myself.

We take time from our OWN busy lifes to help YOU. Show some respect and atleast say a "Thank You".

People does`nt realize how much a simple "Thank You" means to us, We get happy that you solved you problem and we get happy cause you are thankfull for us taking our time helping you! I mean comeon people is it Really That Hard?

It could make someones day and it takes about 3 seconds to write.. We take our time to help you atleast, say a simple "Thank you"

I know myself every time i get a "Thank You" I get warm inside and glad i helped you and it makes my day that you had the time to write me, A simple "Thank You".

This is my first blog, i might create another one but i might not.
